10 Tips for Silent Meditation

I like silent meditation but I am not very good at it. It takes more practice that I have put into it. Please start slow and be patient with yourself.

And I mean slow like as in 5-10 minutes is doing well to start.

There are other types of meditation that I use more often. I do daily guided meditations that have affirmations and are retraining my subconscious mind to do the things that I want it to do.  This one I do daily if you are interested in learning more.   John Assaraf’s daily meditations to succeed with money.  I will not lie.
