I have Atrial Tachacardia. A fancy word for irregular heart beat that is really not that big of a deal for me.Mine is not that bad IF I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF.

When I found out about this, I thought this was my only problem. I later found out that I was having panic attacks and that was not diagnosed. This lack of diagnosis cost me my career.

This is good for you because otherwise I would not be here, doing this. Talking to you.  So I can tell you now, we have to be our own advocator.
