This is a longer meditation that can be used once or more than that.

It is designed to be self hypnosis that you are in control of to help yourself. They say you can help yourself with OCD, Anxiety and Depression but it is NOT to use in place of medication or Doctor’s advice.

Listen the first time with the intention to decide if you want to accept all of the suggestions.

The next time, if you are comfortable with it all, then you can totally relax. Or you can set your intention that you are going to ignor a certain part.
